Our Lake Tahoe resort can offer you and your sweetheart one of the most romantic experiences you have ever known with a stay in the Romance Suite.  The log furniture and wood paneling to contribute to the amorous aura of your mountain hideaway.  

The upstairs suite includes a kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, blender, mini-fridge and coffee maker.  Start your evening in Lake Tahoe by dining in and preparing a delicious meal right in your suite.   The downstairs suite has a micowave, small refigerator and a coffee maker. 

If you'd rather order in, you can cozy up together in front of a wood burning fireplace, stare into each other eyes and see nothing but true love.  It is here at the magnificent 3 Peaks Resort in Lake Tahoe where the romance will blossom, spark and sizzle.

After a snuggle or two, step into your room, and if the king size bed doesn't raise brows of excitement, then the heart-shaped Jacuzzi is sure to allure.  The suites have a full bathroom that is seperate from the Jacuzzi area and there is a stall shower.  You can just lounge in the bed and watch the TV with DVD player all weekend long.  Set your AM/FM clock radio or you may never want to get out of the bed.  If you go out for a romantic dinner, you can use the ironing board, iron, and hairdryer to primp and prepare to step out in style.

Since our Lake Tahoe hotel only has two Romance Suites, be sure to book early, or those romantic times may have to chill out in the cold.

Policies

  • All rates for hotel rooms, Jr. Suites and one bedroom suites are based on double occupancy. Rates for two bedroom suites are based on four people. Extra person charges of $20 per night per person apply.
  • Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $20 per night per item will apply.
  • Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in.
  • All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
  • Small pets under 35 pounds are welcome for a fee of $15 per pet per night.
  • Check-in time is 3 PM.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy
For the holiday season we require 50% non refundable deposit via casher check or money order within 10 days of booking and the non refundable balance 30 days prior to arrival via casher check or money order

Reservations under $1,000 require a deposit equal to one nights stay plus tax. Reservations over $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
