Our Lake Tahoe resort makes it hard to believe that you are staying in a hotel because when you book the Deluxe 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Suite room you will have all the amenities of home.  Both of these suites on our property measure 1,100 square feet and have more than enough space for everybody to stretch out. For those that are looking to get panoramic views one of the suites is located on the upper floor of the hotel while the other is on the ground floor, no matter which one you choose both have decks and are built on a bit of a raised level and feature rustic wooden furniture.

The living room is perfect for the whole family to come together and have some family time where it's playing board games in front of the roaring wood burning fireplace or maybe checking out a movie on the DVD player.

Those that get the master bedroom are in for a treat as they can stretch out and enjoy their TV or CD player from the comfort of their king size bed while the gas fireplace gives off that romantic/cozy vibe. Those that are get the second room aren't missing out on much as they get a queen size bed, but also get to enjoy the added bonus of a fridge and microwave to go along with their own CD player, alarm clock and TV. For those that need the extra space there is a fold out sofa in the living room.

What might be best about having so much space is that you don't have to share one bathroom. Both bathrooms come with a shower and tub so you don't have to spend time waiting for your shower.

Going out to eat can be expensive so you may want to think about eating in. Lucky for you the suite has got everything you could possibly need.  No little kitchenettes here, these suites have got full kitchens. You have got an oven and stove so you can make piping hot meals. A fridge to keep everything nice and cool, a microwave for warming up leftovers, a toaster and a coffee maker for those that can't go without their morning cup of java. Policies

  • All rates for hotel rooms, Jr. Suites and one bedroom suites are based on double occupancy. Rates for two bedroom suites are based on four people. Extra person charges of $20 per night per person apply.
  • Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $20 per night per item will apply.
  • A valid government issued photo ID and the credit card you are using to guarantee your stay are required at time of check-in.
  • All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
  • Friendly pets fewer than 35 pounds are welcome but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $20 fee per pet per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is in any way aggressive and in any way makes our other guests uncomfortable.
  • Check-in time is 3 PM.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations under $2,000 require a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

Reservations over $2,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit which may be paid via check or cash. The balance of the reservation must be paid 10 days prior to the reservation via check or cash. There are no refunds on reservations over $2,000.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 per room for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
