Policies

All rates for hotel rooms, Jr. Suites and one bedroom suites are based on double occupancy. Rates for two bedroom suites are based on four people. Extra person charges of $20 per night per person apply.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $20 per night per item will apply.
Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in.
All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Small pets under 35 pounds are welcome for a fee of $15 per pet per night.
Check-in time is 3 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy
For the holiday season we require 50% non refundable deposit via casher check or money order within 10 days of booking and the non refundable balance 30 days prior to arrival via casher check or money order

Reservations under $1,000 require a deposit equal to one nights stay plus tax. Reservations over $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
